supposed to do it on this coming sunday and monday during bb's offday.
but cause' Adrian specially requested hb to do..
BB told me Adrian want to give his mom de..
hehe so we did it again. total did 72 pieces.
but bear in mind if u wanna try out pineapple tarts.
do have containers ready in your house. don't be like me. i got super limited containers lor. -lmao-
this time the tarts we made is nicer den trial 1's ..
hehe.
looking forward to the next trial again.

DIY pineapple tarts
Our very 1st trial . kekes..
we are in the midst of doing cny pineapple tarts for ourselves now.
100% homemade. ahems only for the pastry lar. lols..
hehes.. but hor. mai hiam buay pie lor.
coz tink is not so pretty like those selling..
jia lart. i wan improve on it!!!
11.18pm
finally done with all the stuffs. so tired. even tho' i didnt do most of e chores.
must be cause' of my pregnancy lar. lols..
total got many styles of pineapple tarts made. looking forward to tis sun n monday.
so darling n i can make the tarts again..
now im waiting for it to be cooled to be transferred into the container.
poor me still cant slp yet. darling already gone dreamland for 20mins liaos.
will upload the pics shortly..

finally i got time upload the pics. hehes. not as pretty as those selling. but nice to eat lar. :P
hehe. i love this design but too bad i don have the cutter. so in the end we change design.
a peep into our mini oven. abit lousy resolution due to my hp..
can see inside got different style right? the pineapple outside the crust is different from the 1st pic too. the crust is thicker. and is the worst we ever made.
this is how my oven looks like. do not belittle it. cause' this is hb buy for me de.
ok, finally decision this is how our pineapple tarts gg to look.
applied egg yolk over it for it to look nicer..
viola. this is how it looks like when we first take it out from the oven.
mind u. is still piping HOT. kekes.
Lastly this is how it looks like after it cooled down.
well, all i can say there's still room for improvement!
