every trimester coming to exams period (19days away) students will hv to spend time on doing an enrollment exercise for the next forthcoming trimester. make no sense right.
their portal enrollment time is also weird. I rem last trimester enrollment start on a working weekday afternoon.. systems hang for two hours n more till I call it the end of the day. as Kaplan sent an SMS to inform enrollment stop n will resume upon another round of information of e date n time. but still it was screwed up and I rem i hv to go down to campus to do enrollment and late for my lesson.
this trimester enrollment starts on Sunday 2359hours. so most students stay up n wait to enrol. and I'm one of them but still systems hang. and after 1.5-2hrs later when I managed to go in the portal. out of 3modules I can only managed to sign up for intl mgmt. the other 2 modules mra n service mktg is not available at all in e drop down list.
students except the new ones can be very sure this is not the first time. and all feedback have been channeled via social media like Facebook, emails and telephones. why is the same things still happening each semester?
why can't they juz reformat the interface of the enrollment portal. they should hv indication of the classes that are full and not just remove from the list. their mgmt is never taking we students their customers feedback seriously. and they show great productivity only during new course enquiry by sales team and payment collection by the financial team. but why there just no signs of improvement by the program mgmt team of Murdoch?
